Position Overview

We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals with strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and a focus on developing a strong dealer network. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and securing long-term, profitable business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers and business partners.
• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to analyze competitors, trends, and new business opportunities.
• Sales Targets: Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations to potential clients; consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience: 5–6 years of proven experience in Sales & Business Development.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain a profitable dealer network.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends.
• Strategic thinker with a goal-oriented approach.
• Strong market knowledge and relationship-building capability.
