Precision Cutting Technologies (PCT) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to drive business growth and expand our market reach. If you are a motivated and experienced sales professional with a background in metal fabrication, custom manufacturing, or industrial equipment sales, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:

The Sales Professional will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, developing strategic sales initiatives, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team, including the Director of Operations and other organizational leaders, to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Your expertise in sales strategy, business development, and customer engagement will be key to achieving our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target key markets for expansion.
  • Analyze industry trends and customer needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline and forecast sales performance accurately.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term business relationships.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including production and project management, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
  • Mentor and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide leadership in customer engagement, sales process improvement, and best practices.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine sales approaches and identify market gaps.
  • Represent PCT at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop marketing initiatives in partnership with the leadership team to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, related field or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial equipment sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM software, sales analytics, and market research.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, DEFARS, or related industry standards is a plus.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • This is an on-site position based in Liberty Lake, WA, with frequent travel required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, or as company needs dictate.
