Sales Professional

We are currently seeking an experienced Secondary Market Property Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Proven expertise in the secondary (resale) residential & commercial property market
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Strong understanding of Dubai and wider UAE real estate development trends
• Demonstrated track record of closing at least 20 successful property transactions
• Hands-on experience with transactions involving Dubai and other Emirates
• Excellent negotiation, client management, and closing skills

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Arabic or Mandarin Chinese is required (bilingual or multilingual candidates preferred)

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Working Hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday

Six-month probationary period

The ideal candidate will be market-savvy, results-driven, and capable of managing high-value transactions while maintaining strong client relationships in a competitive environment.
