Duties

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.
- Manage key accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering long-term relationships through excellent customer service.
- Identify client requirements through analysis skills and consultative selling techniques, offering customized solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Lead outside sales efforts by visiting clients on-site, attending industry events, and conducting product demos in various settings.
- Collaborate with internal teams using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint to prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using organizational skills to ensure consistent follow-up and pipeline management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to position our offerings effectively in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability in account management with a focus on building lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in conducting product demos that highlight technical features and benefits to diverse audiences.
- Experience in outside sales environments requiring travel and face-to-face client engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.

Pay: $67,714.06 - $81,548.12 per year
