We are building a dynamic, target-oriented, and incentive-driven sales team across Pakistan to promote our Point-of-Care Testing (POCT), Core IVD, and Blood Transfusion Solutions.

Key Responsibiliti

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve national, regional, and territory-level targets.
• Lead, manage, coach, and develop sales teams across assigned regions (where applicable)
• Conduct regular field visits to strengthen customer relationships, enhance market penetration, and improve product visibility and availability.
• Monitor sales performance through quarterly reviews and KPI-driven evaluations.
• Conduct weekly and monthly sales meetings to review performance and align future strategies.
• Ensure effective distributor management and smooth coordination of product supply and availability.
• Plan and execute CMEs, workshops, symposia, and promotional activities to drive business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates may apply for Territory Manager positions; 2–3 years of relevant sales experience is preferred for managerial roles.
• Hands-on experience in POCT, Core Diagnostics, IVD, or Blood Transfusion Solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities for managerial positions.
• Experience working with dealer networks, retail channels, diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, clinics, and public-sector healthcare institutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
