Key Responsibiliti

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve national, regional, and territory-level targets.

Lead, manage, coach, and develop sales teams across assigned regions (where applicable)

Conduct regular field visits to strengthen customer relationships, enhance market penetration, and improve product visibility and availability.

Monitor sales performance through quarterly reviews and KPI-driven evaluations.

Conduct weekly and monthly sales meetings to review performance and align future strategies.

Ensure effective distributor management and smooth coordination of product supply and availability.

Plan and execute CMEs, workshops, symposia, and promotional activities to drive business growth.

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for management review.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates may apply for Territory Manager positions; 2–3 years of relevant sales experience is preferred for managerial roles.

Hands-on experience in POCT, Core Diagnostics, IVD, or Blood Transfusion Solutions.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities for managerial positions.

Experience working with dealer networks, retail channels, diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, clinics, and public-sector healthcare institutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
