Sales Progression Officer – Real Estate Platform (AED 7,000+)

About the Role

You will operate directly with the technology that allows you to manage deals more efficiently, reduce manual workload, and deliver a superior, transparent customer experience:

• Seamless and structured communication
• Automated status updates
• Document tracking & validation
• Full visibility of every stage in the transaction

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Transaction Coordination for property transfers with Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Developers, Banks, POA, and Trustee Offices.
• Prepare & review all required documents: Form F, SPA, MOU, POA, Title Deed, NOC, Liability Letter, Cheques, Service Charge calculations.
• Manage DLD Trustee appointments and Developer NOCs.
• Coordinate mortgage requirements and property handover.
• Support Golden Visa and Ejari processes on the platform.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years UAE Real Estate experience (Sales progression/conveyancing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of DLD transfer process, NOC requirements & mortgage coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• UAE Driving License required
