• Actively engage with customers to promote FMCG products, explain their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Influence customers purchasing decision through effective communication and product demonstration.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff, including store managers, supervisors, and sales associates
