Sales Promoter – In-Store (Retail Qatar Mobile)
Role Summary:
Promote products in-store, engage customers, and drive sales by delivering an excellent product experience while maintaining strong merchandising and display standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach customers professionally, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Promote key products, offers, and bundles to maximize conversions and daily sales performance.
- Maintain attractive product displays, shelves, and overall store presentation (merchandising).
- Ensure pricing labels and product information are correct and visible.
- Support daily retail operations (basic stock checks, replenishment, coordination with the team).
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and reporting basic feedback from customers.
Requirements / Preferred Skills:
- Previous retail sales or promoter experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Presentable, proactive, and target-driven.
- Willingness to learn product knowledge quickly (electronics/accessories).
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
