Sales Property Advisor

We are looking for a motivated Sales Property Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through the buying & selling of properties from initial inquiry to closing. You’ll leverage your market knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise to achieve targets and deliver outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients.
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including contracts and closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate client and property records using CRM or property management software.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or sales preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
