Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Property Consultant to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The consultant will be responsible for generating leads, presenting properties to potential clients, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and building strong client relationships. The role requires a deep understanding of market trends, exceptional customer service, and the ability to provide strategic real estate consultation tailored to clients' needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Consulting and the ability to guide clients through property investment opportunities.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience and knowledge in Real Estate, including market trends, property evaluation, and deal structuring.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
