Sales & Purchase Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Indoor Sales / Purchase Coordinator to support our sales and procurement operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with outdoor sales executives, processing customer inquiries and orders, preparing quotations, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Candidates with basic knowledge of industrial products such as pipe fittings, valves, pneumatic products, and hydraulic products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with outdoor sales executives regarding customer requirements and ongoing orders.
  • Process customer inquiries in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and send quotations/offers to customers in a timely manner.
  • Process sales orders received from customers accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate continuously with packing, dispatch, and delivery teams for order status and delivery updates.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, order confirmations, and pending requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers or the purchase department to procure unavailable or missing items.
  • Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and customer communications.
  • Ensure timely communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Support inventory coordination and material availability checks when required.
  • Assist management with day-to-day sales coordination and administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of industrial products including:
  • Pipe fittings
  • Valves
  • Pneumatic products
  • Hydraulic products

Software Skills

  • Good working knowledge of:
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in Tally ERP is preferred.
  • Training will be provided if required.

Communication Skills

Candidates should be fluent in:

  • English
  • Hindi
  • Malayalam
  • Tamil

Other Requirements

  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Prior experience in industrial trading or engineering-related companies will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in indoor sales, sales coordination, or purchase coordination preferred.
  • Experience in industrial trading companies in the UAE is an advantage.

Salary

Salary will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per hour
