About the Role:

Need999 is looking for a proactive Sales & Purchase Manager to drive our sales growth and manage procurement efficiently. You will be the key link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify and manage suppliers, negotiate prices, and finalize contracts.
• Monitor inventory, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights for business growth.
• Prepare regular sales and procurement reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in sales and procurement management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
