Job Overview
We are looking for a mature and responsible professional to manage customer visits, sales growth, and payment recovery for our product portfolio. The candidate must be confident in dealing with clients, maintaining relationships, and ensuring timely collections.
This is a field-focused role requiring regular market visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers to increase product sales
- Develop new customers and business opportunities
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with accounts and sales team for reconciliation
- Submit daily visit and recovery reports
- Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets
Requirements
- Age: Approximately 35 – 40 years
- Experience: 5+ years in field sales / recovery / distribution sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle payment follow-ups professionally
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and documentation
- Must have own bike/car (preferred)
