Sales Rep - Managed IT Services

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to generate new business opportunities in the Managed IT Services sector.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our technology solutions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, clearly articulating value propositions and closing deals efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new business leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify emerging opportunities in the B2B technology landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within technology or managed services environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—that inspire confidence and foster trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to support outreach efforts.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop targeted sales strategies.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
