Overview
Skymark Roofing is seeking a driven and customer-focused Residential Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Mount Dora market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a high-energy environment and is looking to earn strong commissions while helping homeowners protect and improve their properties.
You’ll be working directly with homeowners, providing roof inspections, identifying storm or age-related damage, and guiding customers through the roofing process from initial consultation to project completion.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations and roof inspections
Generate and manage new business through company leads and self-prospecting
Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, and insurance claims (when applicable)
Prepare and present estimates and proposals
Close sales and manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience (roofing, construction, or home services preferred)
Strong communication and closing skills
Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Experience
Residential roofing sales
Storm restoration and insurance claim knowledge
In-home sales experience
