Clearsnap is an automated platform that delivers public record searches for title insurance agencies in New York. We provide the same results title companies currently get from traditional vendors, but results are instant, and at a lower cost. The product practically sells itself once prospects see the savings.

We’re looking for independent sales reps to introduce Clearsnap to title agencies across New York State. You’d be cold calling, emailing, visiting agencies in person, running live demos, and onboarding. We provide all sales materials, training, scripts, and ongoing product support — you just need to get in front of decision-makers.

Compensation:

You earn a commission on every search your signed clients run, paid monthly for 3 months per client. The more clients you sign, the more your income stacks.

Depending on size of title company, searches can range from 200-1000 a month. You will be paid per search, for 3 months.

A single large client can earn you $5,000–$8,000+. Sign multiple and your commissions stack.

Every new client you bring on adds to your monthly payout. There is no cap on how many clients you can sign or how much you can earn.

What we’re looking for:

• Self-starters who can work independently.
• Comfortable with cold outreach — phone, email, and in-person visits
• B2B sales experience preferred
• Title, real estate, or legal industry experience is a strong plus but not required
• Located in or willing to travel across New York State
• Must have reliable transportation for in-person visits
