Job Summary

As a Sales Representative & Design Consultant at Fast Pro Blinds, we are looking for energetic and charismatic people that will be the face of our company, transforming houses into homes. This isn't just about "selling"; it’s about providing expert design guidance to help clients choose the perfect blinds, shades, and drapery for their unique spaces. You will conduct in-home consultations, take precise measurements, and offer creative solutions that balance style, light control, and privacy. If you have a passion for interior design and a drive for sales excellence, this is your opportunity to shine in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. First 60 days worked will be purely commission based pay only. The company is looking for people who can work both on the field and in the office, have their own transportation. There will be some days that you will be attending meetings. Between 40th to 60th day of work, the company will decide whether or not the applicant will be hired for the position with base pay plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert Consultations: Conduct professional in-home or showroom design consultations to understand client needs and aesthetic preferences.
  • Product Expertise: Provide detailed recommendations on our full range of products, including motorized shades, custom drapery, shutters, and wood blinds.
  • Technical Precision: Perform accurate on-site measurements of windows and doors to ensure a perfect fit for custom-manufactured products.
  • Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead follow-up to final order placement and post-installation check-ins.
  • Design Presentation: Use fabric swatches, product samples, and catalogs to help customers visualize their design choices and build confidence in their purchase.
  • Sales Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads, following up with prospects, and generating referrals through exceptional service.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the installation team and office staff to ensure orders are processed accurately and deadlines are met.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, and measurements in our CRM system.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
