Job Title: Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and customers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service by resolving queries, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a professional and friendly brand image.

*Key Responsibilities*

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Provide product or service information to assist customers effectively.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, updates, and company policies.

Suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in customer service or client relations.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and online communication tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.

Fluency in [English/Urdu/Other relevant languages].

Experience in digital or tech-based customer support environments.

Knowledge of support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.

Ability to work flexible shifts or weekends if required.
