About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to launch or grow a sales career. As a Sales Representative, you’ll work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling required. You’ll meet with customers across Sarasota and nearby areas, present solutions, answer questions, and guide them through the decision-making process.

This role offers the stability of a base salary plus uncapped commission potential, with a flexible schedule and local travel only.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers using company-provided leads — no cold calls
• Present tailored solutions and guide clients through the sales process
• Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

• No prior sales experience necessary — full training provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with local travel for client meetings
