Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Representative. This position is open to candidates who are Turkish
nationals with Turkish as their native language. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication skills, be able to travel frequently and attend trade fairs, speak fluent English, and be able to drive independently. In addition to sales responsibilities, the role will also involve handling some sales-related administrative documents (in both Turkish and English).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Development
-Develop new customers and maintain/expand relationships with existing clients.
- Promote company products, understand customer needs, and provide professional
solutions.
- Execute sales plans and achieve assigned sales targets.

2. Client & Market Activities
- Represent the company at trade fairs and marketing events.
-Conduct market research, collect competitor information, and provide timely customer
feedback.

3. Administrative Document Handling
-Manage sales-related administrative documents and reports (in Turkish and English).
- Assist with daily operations of the sales department.

Requirements:
- Native Turkish speaker, Turkish nationality.
- Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain strong
customer relationships.
- Five-day work week, with willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to drive independently.
- Prior sales experience or background in the chemical/construction materials industry is preferred.
