What You’ll Do

• Deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish

• Assess customer needs and recommend furniture that fits their style and budget

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals

• Generate self-driven sales through social media marketing and networking

• Keep your sales area clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize commissions

• Work closely with teammates to ensure top-quality service

• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers

• Follow company policies and inventory control procedures

• Attend all training sessions to stay up to date on products and promotions
