Delta Softwash is a locally owned and fast-growing exterior cleaning company serving residential and commercial properties across the Central Valley. We specialize in roof cleaning, house washing, concrete cleaning, and gutter maintenance — helping property owners protect and enhance their biggest investment.

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, independent salesperson who’s ready to earn big through performance-based commissions.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating new business through in-person consultations, lead follow-up, and relationship-building with homeowners, property managers, and local businesses. This is a 100% commission-based position designed for motivated individuals who want unlimited income potential and thrive on closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with inbound leads and convert them into scheduled jobs.
  • Canvass local neighborhoods and develop relationships with homeowners.
  • Network with property managers, HOAs, and business owners to establish recurring service accounts.
  • Provide accurate estimates using company tools and pricing structures.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of professional softwashing and our services.
  • Track all leads and customer interactions through our CRM
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth job scheduling and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in home services, construction, or sales preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • Commission only — paid on each closed job.
  • Typical earnings range: $50,000–$100,000+ annually, depending on performance.
  • No base salary, but unlimited upside potential.

Job Type: Contract

Projected Total Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
