We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and business development, with the ability to manage accounts effectively and drive revenue growth. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, and maintaining relationships with clients in the B2B sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling and direct sales to generate new business
• Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the territory
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in technology or B2B sales
• Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Familiarity with CRM software and territory management tools
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
• Ability to generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively
• Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is a plus
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong customer service orientation
