Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Aaron Packaging. This role is essential in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing accounts, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while promoting our products and services.

This role maintains quality relations with existing accounts, actively pursues new customer opportunities, and provides sales and marketing coverage by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned-

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling

· Manage existing accounts while nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

· Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients

· Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for effective outreach

· Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics

· Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies

· Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies

· Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote brand awareness

· Writes quotes for clients

Skills

· Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development

· Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and territory management

· Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities

· Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively

· Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer needs

· Proficiency in technology sales with the ability to conduct technical product demos

· Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

· Experience in packaging sales is a plus.

Salary is $60,000 per year plus sales bonuses.
