Job Description:

As a Call Center Agent at Roka Group, you will be responsible for:
Handling inbound and outbound calls.
Responding to customer inquiries and requests professionally.
Delivering excellent customer service to meet performance goals.

Requirements:
Fluency in one of the languages: Hindi, Japanese, Korean, German, Benglai (native level preferred).
Proficiency in English (professional working level).
