Job Opening: Sales Representative – Kota

About the Role

Mehta Tea Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to manage sales operations in Kota. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retailers and distributors regularly to promote and sell company products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and branding in the market.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and market feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales; experience with tea or detergent products will be an advantage.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
