Sales Representative – Real Estate & Construction Industry (Phoenix, AZ)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team at Coli Studio Inc., a company specialized in the design and construction of ADUs and residential units. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate, construction, or housing development, and is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions about building and financing their dream spaces.

This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of real estate or construction processes, and the ability to guide clients from first contact through project financing and contract closure.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners across the Phoenix area.
  • Generate and manage leads through research, networking, and follow-up strategies.
  • Guide potential clients through the financial pre-qualification process and connect them with the appropriate financing options.
  • Present Coli’s construction and design services in a clear, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact to signed contract.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to align client expectations with project feasibility.
  • Maintain updated records in CRM tools and report on performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate, construction sales, or mortgage/financing industries.
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ (on-site position).
  • Strong understanding of financing processes, permits, and construction basics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability to visit clients or project sites when needed.
