Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Rep to join our team in the security industry. The ideal candidate will lead our sales team, drive business growth, and foster strong client relationships within the security sector.

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the security industry
• Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives in the security field
• Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Utilize security technology sales tools effectively to enhance productivity
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
• Oversee account management activities to maintain strong client relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Skills:

• Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals
• Experience in business development and driving revenue growth in the security industry
• Ability to effectively manage sales operations and optimize performance
• Prior experience in physical security is a preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

Compensation

• 45-55k Plus commission
