Location: 933 Main Plaza Dr, Wentzville, MO 63385
$16/hr + Weekly Commission (paid every Friday!)
Shifts: Monday–Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 openings)
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3 openings)

We’re hiring new reps — interviews starting immediately! Fenix Protect is growing fast, and we’re building out our Concierge Sales Team — a crew of driven, high-energy professionals who love to win. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, and are motivated by big paydays, this is where you belong. What You’ll Do:

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day using our automated dialer
• Connect with warm leads and follow proven scripts
• Close deals in one call

What We’re Looking For:

• A go-getter who thrives in high-activity, fast-moving environments
• Motivated by commission and competition — not just hourly pay
• Prior sales or dialer experience is a plus
• Brings energy, positivity, and coachability to every day
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are a must
