Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Building Contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the construction and fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and develop relationships with potential clients, consultants, and developers.
• Present company services, proposals, and quotations to clients effectively.
• Prepare and follow up on project inquiries, quotations, and tenders.
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the construction or fit-out industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
