Job Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving our business forward! Your enthusiasm and expertise in outside sales will empower you to build strong relationships with clients, develop new business opportunities, and manage accounts effectively. You’ll leverage your skills in B2B sales and Southeast territory management to create impactful solutions that meet our customers' needs. What you’ll do

  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients through cold calling and direct sales efforts.
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct product demonstrations that showcase the value of our offerings to prospective customers.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for effective outreach and lead generation.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions for analysis.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
  • HS Diploma

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with territory management principles and practices.
  • Background in account management or retail sales is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
