Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves engaging in both outside and inside sales activities, focusing on business development, account management, and territory management. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, and negotiating contracts while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage existing accounts while fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in cold calling initiatives to generate new leads.
  • Provide insights on customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing customers as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and territory management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and apply findings strategically.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience in lead generation techniques, including cold calling and direct sales.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales management and upselling strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an analytical mindset.

Benifits

  • Flexible work schedule
  • Weekly Base pay, plus up to 10% commission for every sale/ completed delivery
  • Earn up to $62,000 yearly, based on performance

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week

Work Location: On the road
