Responsible for sales both at the kiosk and outside through business development. This includes engaging walk-in customers, building partnerships with cafes, hotels, and stores and expanding the brands visibility and reach across Qatar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (At the kiosk)

- Welcome customers warmly and introduce them to the Moroccan Sweets

- Present product information clearly - including health benefits, ingredients and flavors.

- Offer taste samples to customers in a clean and appealing way.

- Operate the POS System accurately for billing and cash handling.

- Maintain kiosk cleanliness, product display, and stocks throughout the day.

- Prepare product packaging and ensure proper labeling and sealing.

- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales target.

- Report customer feedback, stock shortages or issues to the supervisor.

- Follow hygiene and safety standards as per company policy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Outside sales):

- Visit potential clients such as hotels, coffee shops, gift stores and event planners.

- Present company profile, product catalog and samples professional

- Generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads

- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients.

- Represent the brand exhibitions, pop ups and promotional events.

GENERAL DUTIES:

- Keep daily sales reports and update management regularly.

- Gather customer feedback and market insights.

- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous retail or food sales experience preferred.

- Friendly, confident and customer oriented attitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced mall environment

- Basic maths and computer skills

- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
