Sales Representative

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to both new and existing customers.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Experience using CRM software (preferred).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
