Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the hotel or F&B industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. You will be responsible for generating sales, managing client accounts, and promoting our products/services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hotel and F&B sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present and promote company products/services to customers effectively.
• Conduct sales visits, meetings, and follow-ups to achieve monthly targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts as required.
• Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.

Requirements

• Arabic speaking is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the hotel or F&B industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
