About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team in the beauty and cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the Saudi Arabian market, with at least 4 years of experience in B2B (business-to-business).
This position is ideal for someone passionate about beauty products, knowledgeable about the Saudi market, and skilled at building strong client relationships to drive growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with beauty salons, retail stores, distributors, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across Saudi Arabia.
- Promote and sell beauty and skincare products to B2B.
- Provide product training, demonstrations, and presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches.
- Conduct market analysis and share feedback on trends and competitors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry within Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and customer needs.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Must have a private car and valid driving license.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
