Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to business growth by generating leads, converting prospects, and building long-term client relationships. The role involves promoting our IT staff augmentation, outsourcing, and digital solutions to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new business leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and research.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Promote Sprouto Group’s services, including IT staffing, outsourcing, and software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and customized service packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (IT services, outsourcing, or staff augmentation preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email automation tools.
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and build long-term relationships.
