About the Role

Window Wonders Curtains Preparing LLC is a leading provider of premium interior solutions, including custom curtains, high-quality sofa upholstery, stylish carpets, and designer wallpapers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter capable of driving sales, managing client relationships from initial consultation to final installation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management & Consultations:
• Actively pursue new sales opportunities and manage existing client relationships.
• Schedule and conduct outdoor sales meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Visit client locations to take accurate measurements and dimensions
• Present, explain, and recommend our extensive fabric collections, product range, and design concepts (curtain styles, upholstery materials, etc.).

• Sales Execution & Administration:
• Prepare and present professional sales quotations and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Negotiate terms and successfully close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Conduct timely follow-ups for outstanding payments.

• Project Supervision & Coordination:
• Occasionally supervise work site installations to ensure quality and adherence to client specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the installation team.

• Marketing Support (Added Advantage):
• Contribute to online visibility by creating engaging content and posting advertisements on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven outdoor sales experience in the UAE market, preferably within the curtains, furniture, home décor, or interior design industry.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Documentation: Proven ability to accurately prepare detailed quotations and invoices.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar software for administrative tasks.
• Driver's License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this outdoor sales role.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantages)

• Language: Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience selling textiles, soft furnishings, or interior finishings.
• Digital Marketing: Experience or proficiency in creating engaging content and managing social media advertising campaigns.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: competitive based on experience
• Commission: 5% of total sales if target achieved / 2% of total sales if target not achieved.
• Benefits: Standard UAE labor law benefits (visa, medical insurance, annual leave)

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
