We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Sales Executive / Sales Trainee who will be responsible for handling given databases, making outbound calls, managing inbound inquiries, generating leads, and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion

  • Call potential customers from the given database.
  • Explain product details clearly and professionally.
  • Convert inquiries and leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain high conversion accuracy and follow-up discipline.

2. Inbound Call Handling

  • Attend inbound calls from interested customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information.
  • Manage queries and guide customers through the buying process.

3. Sales Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily calling sheet and follow-up records.
  • Record the number of sales achieved per day/month.
  • Share regular sales updates with the team leader or manager.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of leads and conversions.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Maintain professional and polite communication at all times.
  • Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate when required.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, tele-calling, or digital sales.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry).
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
