We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Sales Executive / Sales Trainee who will be responsible for handling given databases, making outbound calls, managing inbound inquiries, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion
- Call potential customers from the given database.
- Explain product details clearly and professionally.
- Convert inquiries and leads into successful sales.
- Maintain high conversion accuracy and follow-up discipline.
2. Inbound Call Handling
- Attend inbound calls from interested customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information.
- Manage queries and guide customers through the buying process.
3. Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily calling sheet and follow-up records.
- Record the number of sales achieved per day/month.
- Share regular sales updates with the team leader or manager.
- Ensure accurate data entry of leads and conversions.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain professional and polite communication at all times.
- Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate when required.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, tele-calling, or digital sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry).
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
