At Green Treez Company our goal is to provide the highest quality, third party lab tested, legal, cannabis products available. We are now seeking to add Salespeople to our team.

What You do:

• Generate Leads: Research online across the country, and canvas various areas in NC physically, to find viable prospects to introduce and sell our products too.
• Educate: Introduce business owners to Green Treez Company product offerings and build a relationship with them over time.
• Sell: Sell product orders via phone, email and in-person meetings.
• Hit Goals: Achieve sales goals each week and month to receive additional bonuses over salary and commission.

Requirements

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong work ethic
• Must be a quick learner, open to coaching, and possess a positive, resilient attitude.
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous B to B sales

Physical Requirements:
This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, driving, hearing, and talking.
May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
May involve moving or lifting items over 20 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000 per year plus commission

Employee discount, Base Pay, Commission, 2 weeks paid vacation, 3 paid sick days

Work Hours:
Day shift - Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
