We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our subscriber base, increasing ad sales, and promoting our brand across various channels. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and advertising clients.

Manage and grow subscription sales through targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, helping to shape our content and product offerings.

Collaborate with the editorial team to align marketing strategies with content themes and special issues.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the financial or media industry.

Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
