Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only compensation model. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment and are confident in their ability to generate sales and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close sales agreements
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets

Compensation Structure

• Commission-based payout only (no base salary)
• Earn commission on each successful sale
• High-performing representatives may qualify for bonuses, increased commission rates, or long-term opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition is a must
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
