Job Title: Corporate Sales Representative – Amer Center

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and confident Corporate Sales Representative to represent our Amer Center externally. This role focuses on visiting companies, building corporate relationships, and bringing in bulk applications (visa services, renewals, Emirates ID, status changes, etc.). The ideal candidate is target-driven, persuasive, and comfortable meeting clients face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Sales & Lead Generation

  • Visit companies daily to promote Amer services and secure corporate accounts.
  • Generate leads and convert them into ongoing service agreements.
  • Present service packages, pricing, and process timelines to HR managers, PROs, and decision-makers.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients for recurring applications.
  • Maintain a pipeline of active prospects and follow-up schedules.
  • Handle corporate inquiries and provide quick, accurate information.
  • Ensure excellent client retention through strong customer service.

3. Field Operations

  • Conduct daily field visits with a structured route plan.
  • Prepare sales reports (visits, leads, conversions).
  • Attend networking events, business communities, and exhibitions when needed.
  • Represent the Amer Center in a professional manner at all times.

4. Coordination with Amer Center

  • Coordinate with the internal team to process corporate applications quickly.
  • Ensure documents submitted by clients are complete and accurate.
  • Monitor status of corporate applications and update clients proactively.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate sales, field sales, or outdoor sales (Amer/Tasheel experience is a major plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are advantages.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and be on the field most of the day.
  • Target-focused, persuasive, and professional.

Compensation

Job Type: Full-time
