Position Summary

Roka Recruitment is hiring Sales and Marketing Representatives for its on-site operations in Istanbul. This position is strictly open to candidates currently residing in Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and performance targets.
• Contribute effectively to team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Hindi / Urdu, Indonesian, Malay, Korean, Thai or Japanese.
• Current residence in Istanbul is mandatory, with a valid work and/or residence permit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
