About Ritual

Ritual is a growing beauty and home-service platform connecting customers with top-tier salons across the UAE. We are expanding rapidly and looking for an energetic, confident, and professional Sales Representative to help onboard high-quality salons and become the face of Ritual in the field.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for visiting salons, building strong relationships, explaining the Ritual platform, and onboarding new partners. This role also includes light account management to ensure salon satisfaction and long-term engagement on the app.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Acquisition

• Visit salons daily across Abu Dhabi.
• Pitch Ritual professionally and confidently.
• Explain the platform benefits, onboarding process, and earning potential.
• Sign salons on the spot and guide them through the registration steps.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a steady acquisition pipeline.

Account Management

• Ensure salons complete their profile, upload services, and activate their menus.
• Maintain positive relationships with salon owners and managers.
• Provide support during the first month to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Train salons on Ritual’s app features and future AI tools.

Reporting & Documentation

• Update CRM with daily visits, leads, and conversions.
• Submit weekly performance reports.
• Work with management to suggest improvements based on salon feedback.

Requirements

• Female candidates are encouraged due to cultural alignment when visiting beauty salons.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, well-groomed, and professional.
• Experience in sales is preferred (beauty industry is a plus).
• Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
