Job Accountabilities & Key Results Area
- Grow the company business through focusing on increasing brand awareness, bringing new customers, and coordinating public relations efforts.
- Follow up client's requirements through the fit and frequent communication with them in assigned weekly meeting schedule with each client to make sure that all committed terms are implemented.
- Take a lead role in developing the sales and make sure to achieve the main role which is the monthly target.
- Develop sales skills and identify effective ways to reach targeted customers in order to achieve sales targets.
- Share the personal challenges to transfer any need for development in sales department.
- Collaboration with colleagues and management, and effective communication skills in the workplace.
Qualification & needed competencies
- High school/diploma or equivalent.
- Sales experience in auto or other, preferred in retail.
- Experience in customer service is preferable, and understanding and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
