This job is essential for driving business growth and identifying new business opportunities. This dynamic role involves fostering long-term relationships with prospective clients, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing growth strategies that align with the company's goals.

Job Accountabilities & Key Results Area
  • Grow the company business through focusing on increasing brand awareness, bringing new customers, and coordinating public relations efforts.
  • Follow up client's requirements through the fit and frequent communication with them in assigned weekly meeting schedule with each client to make sure that all committed terms are implemented.
  • Take a lead role in developing the sales and make sure to achieve the main role which is the monthly target.
  • Develop sales skills and identify effective ways to reach targeted customers in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Share the personal challenges to transfer any need for development in sales department.
  • Collaboration with colleagues and management, and effective communication skills in the workplace.
Qualification & needed competencies
  • High school/diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales experience in auto or other, preferred in retail.
  • Experience in customer service is preferable, and understanding and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
