Job Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
• Guide clients regarding USA job & visa-related services (EB-3)
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups
• Provide accurate information in a polite and professional manner

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Customer-handling experience preferred
• Honest, punctual, and responsible
