We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative at Burnsys, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT and Cybersecurity sector. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
· Identify and research potential clients in the IT or Cybersecurity space.
· Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
2. Sales Presentations:
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our IT and Cybersecurity solutions.
· Clearly articulate technical features and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Relationship Building:
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4. Sales Cycle Management:
· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
· Work closely with the technical team to address client requirements and provide customized solutions.
5. Market Research:
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
· Provide regular feedback to the leadership team regarding market dynamics and customer needs.
6. Sales Reporting:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports to track progress against targets.
7. Qualifications:
· Proven experience in B2B sales, MUST be in the IT or Cybersecurity sector.
· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
