About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Representative to handle our business operations in Vidisha. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening relationships with trade partners, and driving brand presence in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit distributors and retailers to promote Mehta Tea products.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Ensure proper product display and strong market visibility.
• Identify new markets and business development opportunities.
• Share market intelligence and competitor activity with the team.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG sales (Tea/Detergent experience preferred).
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
